To start with the shuttle driver screwed up and could not find me even though I was standing right there. The van was unmarked, so how any guest could find it with just the word Turismo on it but no Country Inn and Suites identifier is a mystery to me. Katherine, the front desk manager could not be bothered to answer the phone or reply to a text in regard to the status of the shuttle. Which meant that I hung out at the San Jose airport by myself at 10:30 at night for an hr. before getting a taxi to the hotel, which totally defeated the purpose of staying there. I asked to be refunded the Taxi fare $25 - and was denied. My room was barely tolerable. Clearly nothing has been done to upgrade the hotel in decades. The mattress was original to the hotel and so broken down that you sent all the way to the boxspring. And things were dirty. The only decent area was the breakfast area and the eggs were good. Thankfully, I will never be staying at your establishment ever again and I think I’m just going to cross the Radisson’s off of my list altogether.

The property was convenient to airport and good for easy freeway access. The restaurant served complementary breakfast, and lunch and dinner options. The food we found was good to very good. Nicely stocked bar. The large pool was like a small oasis. Parking had security. The price point was good. Will be using the Country Inn Suites again.

The stairs to the rooms were almost unmanageable for me: 2 flights per floor and then another to get to the bedrooms once you reach the room. The landscaping was lovely as was the pool. I was disappointed in the restaurant breakfast but the staff was lovely, accommodating and accessible. I should have read the finer print for the description of the property and booked a hotel with an elevator.

Beware the motorway noise rooms

Arrival was a bit fraught, the airport shuttle only runs once an hour so we had to wait 45 mins. We had a suite in Toure 1 - it was big but the motorway noise was terrible. Second night we changed rooms, much quieter and close to nice pool.with good breakfast. So make sure to request a room anywhere but near the motorway - I also think all the 10/10 reviews are fake

I flew to San Jose to take care of my father’s final arrangements. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, compassionate and helpful. I had travel delays from the U.S. but they made sure everything I needed was taken care of. The facilities were clean and quiet, tucked away from the busy highway on the other side. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
