Close to airport, pool area was clean & provided towels. Unfortunately, the a/c in our room kept shutting off & the phone was not working in our room so my spouse had to walk down the 3 flights of steps twice to get the maintenance man to reset the breaker for the a/c.

Hotel is well located, it needs to be updated, it does not cater to handicapped, I have a bad spine and had to go up and downstairs to get to the dining room, lack of elevators! Hotel is runned down for the price! Dining could be better and service needs to be more friendly.

Stayed in building 1- lots of traffic noise. Receptionist not helpful and would not give us breakfast to go box as we need to catch an early flight. Luke warm shower.

Property is very quiet. I was a little disappointed there wasn’t a better happy hour experience but breakfast was a hit. Maybe offer a drink voucher on arrival. The staff was very kind bilingual and they cleaned our room so well.

Great location close to airport and rental car companies. Free airport shuttle was a definite plus. Room was nice and clean but the bathroom floor was covered with women's hair. Kind of gross

The property was nice with lots of plants . The Rufus backed wren was a visitor for breakfast . The breakfast was excellent . I had dinner in the restaurant the food was good . Service was good as well. I left my Credit card on the plate with the bill by accident . The staff did not turn it into the desk . I noticed when I got to the airport that my CC was missing . I phoned the hotel and they confirmed the restaurant staff had it . For $20 they could drive it to the airport for me . I waited for over an hour . The drive to the airport took less than 15 minutes by shuttle . They didn’t arrive and my flight was boarding . Just made the flight ! This was my mistake of course . But I didn’t feel it was handled very well by the staff. The restaurant staff or the delivery staff . Just my opinion . The hotel is nice and in a great location for the airport !

The staff was very helpful and friendly but the room we got needs a serious update and a good cleaning. The walls have scuff marks, old torn curtains, and it was much smaller than anticipated

The Hotel is nice but our room was terrible. The air-conditioning was extremely loud and the bed was no uncomfortable. But i have stayed in an other room on my way back and the other room was good.
