Property was ok but staff reception was underwhelming. And the room was large however the view was not desirable the room faced a noisy construction site, and we heard loud music all night, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Our only issue was with the bathroom door lock which trapped our daughter in the bathroom. Staff was good to respond but had to break the lock to free her. The are has some really nice restaurants in the area and east access to everything we needed.

Stay was okay. Decent driving distance to attractions in Poas and farms around 1.30 mins, which was great to avoid staying far from main city. Family friendly, one issue was that towels were not easy to find. They ran out of towels.

Overall, the hotel has a well-maintained appearance (modern decor) and is in good condition. However, the room I stayed in had a very strong moldy odor, and visible mold was present in the shower. It would be helpful if the bathrooms had proper ventilation. On a positive note, the property is in a great location, close to many dining options, and is both kid- and pet-friendly.

Sweet spot in San Jose

This is a very nice, swanky part of town. The area/shopping center offered a variety of restaurants, parking, shopping, Starbucks in a safe, clean environment. The only drawback is it's about 45 min from the airport.
