Beautiful hotel, clean rooms with beautiful view of the mountains, breakfast was awesome. Wide variety of hot food for breakfast. Area is very safe and offers a lot of shopping options and restaurants including Italian, Korean, Mexican and Japanese. Room service for the most part was ok because in few occasions out of our 9 nights stay we had to request towels, toilet paper because when we arrived from our day out and about there was none. Room had a complete kitchen with dishwasher and everything but dishwasher detergent nor regular dish soap was supplied so we had to leave the few dirty dishes we used dirty in the sink and we would come back to room in the evening to same dirty dishes and still no detergent supplied for us to clean them. On our last night at the hotel we came back to room to find there was no hand soap which we had enough the night before but it was removed and not replaced, no shower gel which was finished but not replenished and we also found a dirty microfiber rag on top of the kitchen counter. Otherwise rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and definitely would come back and recommend it.

The room was immaculate ready for me upon arrival. The staff was friendly and courteous. I enjoyed the breakfast very much. Good variety and delicious food. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Everything was perfect! One thing that can be improved is planning more shuttles when there is a high volume. They needed 4 to come instead one only 1, at the same time because we were too much visitors leaving for the airport. We had to wait a little but they took care of it fast enough.
