This unique place has a style all its own. It is a studio that sits in front of a duplex. It fits 2 guests and would be a perfect place for a quiet get away to the beautiful South Orange County. Its only 3 miles from the beach and Dana Point Harbor. Also, walking distance from the historic Los Rios Street and Downtown San Juan Capistrano where you can find entertainment, shopping and amazing fine dining. There are historic sites such as San Juan Mission and famous Swallows Inn.

The place is all to yourself. The bedroom has a closet and bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals and enjoy your stay. There is no dining table, but a cute bar top peninsula with 2 chairs. There is no dishwasher, but a drying rack for your clean dishes.
