I love the area. Everyone is very friendly and it’s close to so many places. The restaurants we went to was less than 10 minutes away and shopping places are also close.

The stay was basically good. The hotel offers the essentials. The phone in my room did not worked. I asked for a rolling shower which was provided but also made previous arrangements for a searing in the shower that was not available when I got to the room had to call for it. Overall...stay was comfortable under the circumstances. Good location. Would probably stay again.

Our stay at Aloft San Juan was fantastic overall! The hotel has a modern, vibrant vibe with clean, stylish rooms and a great atmosphere throughout the property. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Distrito T-Mobile, with easy access to dining, entertainment, and nightlife. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we especially appreciated the smooth check-in process and the overall hospitality during our stay. The common areas were well-maintained, and the pool area was a great spot to relax. The only hiccup we experienced was during breakfast one morning. The AM staff got a bit distracted and unfortunately didn’t activate our buzzer to let us know our order was ready. By the time we approached the counter, our food was already cold. Not a major issue, but a small detail that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. That aside, we would absolutely recommend Aloft San Juan and look forward to returning in the future!

Convenient location and friendly staff. About $6 uber to el condado area. Free washer and dryer (if you are traveling with kids, this is very useful; there was one washer and one dryer on our floor and I don't know if other floors have it). There is a small fridge in the room. There was no microwave in the room, but there was one in the ice machine area).

This place was too far from other places and required a rental car to get around. Fast food places were limited so you had to eat at motel unless you went to other motels to eat
