Possitive, staff courtesy great, always answered and helped. Towels and sheets very clean, garbage cans all clean. Negative, At least for our room, defective entrance door, powder dirty fan, dirty carpet, garbage found on laundry area and under bed. Curtains not working properly, chairs without back cushion on living and bedroom. Dirty balcony area. Key for gym did not work.

There were a lot of options to choose from to eat, but they all had random days open or only open at 5pm. No breakfast options unless you jump up to pay extra to eat at the other hotel connected. The pool was nice, wish the bar area stayed open longer than 5pm. Beach access was great- but crazy we have to pay to rent chairs at a private report we already are paying to stay at!! Overall the hotel was nice, definitely older & needs updated. Room smelled musty & you can hear everything in the halls.

The reviews made me hesitant but in the end I seen nothing they said, this stay was great and I’ll be back! I stayed for my birthday and everyone was so kind, the view was amazing it was clean, comfortable and such a nice place!

I liked that there were some real cool things in the same area as the hotel. The rooms we stood were big, but what i didn't like was that we noticed a few roaches crawling around the room my wife and i were staying in and then the room my my mom and aunt were staying in samething. I wasn't prepared for that. Also, this is about expedia. The day i booked my stay, flight and car. I ran into a problem with my booking. The card i used thought it was fraud. So i was holding a price of 5k$ at that time. When i went back into the booking after clearing it up with my card. The price jumped 800$. Which i thought was b.s. I waited a couple of hours until the price went down. I put in the same package requirements, and locked on the deal. For some reason after I booked everything. The car that i included with my trip disappeared. When i called expedia and spoke with several people. None of them wanted to help me. I'm very disappointed in expedia for that. I wouldn't recommend using expedia for any package deals. That to me is bad business!

The rooms are outdated. No wash cloths in room. Had kitchenette no paper towels or dish soap left until day before we left. Let the front desk know people smoking pot near our room list hotel as non smoking. Nothing done about it. Poolside bar expensive $25 for 2 drinks and staff not eager to wait on people. Poolside bar closes at 5pm.

Room was very outdated, not very clean didn’t smell clean jacuzzi tub wasn’t working when I arrived, dirty qtip on the floor. Wasn’t a real comforter in the bed just sheets very thin.

We had a great time, staff super friendly and pool, beach area was fantastic and clean. Although Hotel needs to be updated. Down fault was every time housekeeping cleaned the room they didn’t replace towels so every night I had to call for some. Overall I would definitely stay again.

The property is run down and needs a remodel. Mirror in bathroom had faded film, the bottom of the metal frame for the bathroom door was rotted and chipping away. The head board and night table had scratches all around and windows around the property were dirty and stained. This hotel does not help the Embassy suites by Hilton that’s right next door look good.
