I left this hotel two days before my scheduled check-out because it was disgusting, unsafe, and completely misrepresented. The safe didn’t work, the mini fridge was broken, and the AC unit blasted directly onto the bed, making it hard to sleep. The room door didn’t even have a functioning latch, which is a basic safety feature. There were spider webs, peeling paint all over the walls, and the shower had almost no water pressure. The front desk staff, especially one man, were rude and unprofessional, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Common areas looked neglected, adding to an overall unsafe atmosphere. This was not the clean, comfortable property advertised online. I would never recommend staying here, and I strongly suggest Expedia review this listing for accuracy and safety. I contacted Expedia with photos and details, but they denied my refund despite the clear safety and cleanliness issues. Guests deserve better, and this listing should be reviewed for accuracy and compliance.

If you’re looking for no frills this is it. It was clean and simple and not much as for as amenities. Lots of places to eat and drink in that area. Would I stay here again? Yes but by myself, if you’re a family. This wouldn’t be a good pick.

I flew in on a Sunday no house keeping at all to my room until Wednesday, after I complained about no one ever coming. Remind you i left Thursday morning at 3am. Was never told there was a kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator my food went to waste. Its state in the booking theres pool access YOULL have to walk 15 to 20 mins to the nearest pool. I was so upset with my stay I wouldn't recommend no to stay here and the 3 out of the front counter was very rude Joann was very sweet and helpful

This is an ideal property for someone wanting to enjoy Condado on a light budget. It couldn't be in a more central location. The property has an attractive courtyard and was clean. That said, understand that these are basic accommodations. I had a tight room with an adequate but not high-end mattress. Wouldn't be a problem for most travelers, but this accommodation is challenging for someone with a mobility problem.

There was no one there to check me in, there was a sign on the door referring me to their other property, no one there either. When I finally was able to contact someone, I was checked in, after an hour of running back and forth in the rain. My room was on the top floor (no elevator) 4 flights of stairs and though a crawl space. There was no running water. Needless to say, I checked out the following morning… I will be seeking a full refund.
