Do not be fooled by the online pictures. I paid $700 a night for what I thought would be a premium experience, but this was the most disappointing stay I have ever had. The property is in a state of total disrepair and the "solutions" offered by staff were a joke. Room 1: Disgusting and Broken The first room was unacceptable. The furniture was broken, there were holes in the carpet, and the cleanliness was non-existent—I even found hair in the bathtub. To make matters worse, both the sink and the tub were completely clogged and would not drain. Room 2: No Better After complaining, I was moved to a second room, which was just as bad. This room had a clogged tub and a broken (clogged) safe. It is clear that the maintenance issues are not isolated; they are systemic across the entire hotel. Poor Property Maintenance & Insulting Service The common areas are no better. The pool deck chairs were so badly stained they were unusable. When I brought these massive failures to the staff's attention, the only thing they offered was to remove a $50 resort fee. On a $700-a-night bill, that is an insult. The Verdict: You will be deeply disappointed if you stay here. They are charging five-star prices for a one-star experience. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values hygiene and guest satisfaction.

This is an old property and it shows. Our room had water coming through the ceiling and out of the walls flooding the bathroom. The hot tub was murky. The outdoor space is poorly maintained with a fair amount of trash visible. The hotel was unable to switch our room in a timely fashion related to the flooding. We were very disappointed. We stayed with a group of family members, and they each had issues with their room as well with entire buildings being without hot water and another family member having significant flooding issues.
