Casa Flores「UNIT 4「lavanda] is the home you`ve been dreaming of in San Juan. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home features, 3 ample bedrooms, a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen area and outdoor patio area. This unit takes great inspiration from Victorian era styling & culture while also paying tribute to Puerto Rico and its beauty.
You are only:
- A 9 minute walk from ocean park beach
- A 2 minute walk from Culturally rich Loiza Street
- 10 Minute drive from historic Old San Juan
3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with patio. bathroom in the master bedroom is in full glass.
the entire space is yours and only yours, no shared spaces.
Calle Loiza is vibrant, lively, urban. Personally one of my favorite places on the island in terms of mixing culture with the city and proximity to the coast
rent a car, use uber, or use the bird scooters
Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, if you`d like to smoke. smoke on the balcony/patio. Do not throw cigarette butts into the street. Any damage caused to the property, furniture will be charged to the guest, including labor needed to fix said damaged items. treat this place with respect and treat the neighborhood with respect.
