The Condado Comfort Paradise Suite is a brand-new studio in Kings Court Condominium, ideally located at McLeary & Kings Court in the heart of Condado. Just one block (or 4-minute walk) to the beach, with a swimming pool on-site. One block to a convenience store, four blocks to the nearest casino, and steps from top restaurants, parks, and bars. Enjoy the perfect mix of comfort and location!



The Space:

The Condado Comfort is a spotless, newly constructed apartment in the heart of Condado near Ocean Park. 700 feet down a quiet street (Kings Ct) from the beach!

A private, clean, quiet and cozy space to relax after a day at the beach, or touring the island.



The Neighborhood:

Parque del Indio nearby. Great for exercise and a morning walk! Multiple excellent culinary options for breakfast, lunch and dinner within a 10 minute walk.



Getting Around:

Uber, Rent A Car, or Walk it! Enjoy!



Other Things to Note:

There is one queen bed, and the hosts can provide a pack and play if you are traveling with a small child.



-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40 listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.





-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or AirBnB message thread for the answer to your question.



-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan.



-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests you may be missing some of these for your stay.
