The staff was very nice and the hotel was located in a good area with restaurants walking distance and close to the airport. The only I'm complaining about is the air conditioner was not working too good, for 62° set you didn't really felt the cool air. The furniture should be upgraded, at least with a small lamp in the room. I really don't have no other complaints. The pool area was nice l. Thank you

Decent for the Price

Coral By The Sea has a great location, and two restaurants. Issues were with general cleanliness of the room and details that could easily be taken care of without much money. For example a lot of the metal furniture and decor pieces were rusted. Room had hair on floor and bed sheets. TV and WiFi on floor were not working entire stay. Holes in wall and makeshift repairs. The service was great though and they try to make you feel at home.

The cleaning of the rooms it’s very concerning, it was dust all around and on the washroom the mold was everywhere. I do understand that it is a low cost option however it has nothing to do with the cleaning level The staff at night were not polite, I asked them for a suggestion on a bar around and checking with them if the area was safe around and the staff was just not helpful. Thanks

Horrible experience

We didn’t even stay at the hotel. Once we got our room key, as soon as we got into the elevator we felt unsafe. The room door did not have a secure lock, the restroom had no shower curtain, the toilet was loose, restroom window was open and everyone can see in. Rusted item on the table. Just the worst, nothing like it was advertised.
