We arrived after a long flight at 1am, we woke up at 8am to horrible noise, banging, sawing, hammering. It was so loud you could not sleep. My partner went and complained, and I did also and nothing was done to stop this. A credit or refund would have been nice since we got no sleep at all.

Clean room with lots of space and a great location. Parking was easy, and the staff was always willing to help. The only downside was that the outlets were in hard-to-reach places, such as behind the bed, and there were none near the bathroom mirror. Regardless, it was still a five-star experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Staff was very helpful. Hotel is close to the beach and restaurants. Room feels old, but was very clean. Our air conditioning unit was quite loud making it hard to sleep, but it worked well. The included breakfast was toast and jam. For one or two nights before our cruise it worked.

Upon arrival, Paola greeted us with a big smile. We felt welcomed and valued. The rooms do need some upgrades but we were not uncomfortable. We stayed in a King room and the bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. On the day of check out, we had several hours before our flight, they kept our bags for us, offered towels and a place to change when we came back before booking our Uber. Awesome stay and close to everything. The tiny pool was a refreshing after we had been on the beach all day. Would love to come back after renovations to see how things turn out!

For the affordability the room was clean, the staff was friendly and cooperative, and its location is excellent. I want to mention that Edgardo is cut out for the hospitality business. His personality is so welcoming and he is so eager to help but not in an obvious way. He makes the place.
