This is a great location in Old San Juan for partying and staying up all night. I would not recommended to a family. There is partying happening throughout the day and we there was a man past out on the sidewalk next to our door.It is described to sleep 7, there were 5 of us and unless we had 4 in the queen bed, it cannot accommodate 7. The pull out is very small.We visited for a family wedding and needed to hang suits and dresses but there are no closets or hooks to hang or drawers to store clothes. We booked for 5 days, so we had quite a bit of items to store.Maintenance Issues: We had a leak from the AC unit that leaked on some of our clothes. We spent the night listening to water drip in the trash can. The owner sent a AC tech the next day but I explained that we needed privacy but they arrived and it turns out the unit was dirty. We lost time because we had no use of that room and bathroom for an hour. Afterwards we needed a mop and had to get the owner to tell us where the key was to get into the closet so that we could mop and clean up.There was also a leak in the hall bathroom ceiling light. Our stay was cut short because our water was shut-off. We spent 6 hours going back and forth with the owner to finally be told that the city shut it down and could not guarantee when it would be back on.The 20% discount for no water that day was not enough. I just booked another place, there were just too many issues. We were refunded for the unused last day.
