Room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in time, then they gave us the wrong key and there was only a sheet on the bed, 1 below ave. restaurant for dinner, no breakfast on site, no coffee in room or lobby, main bar and swim up bar closed. However nice room, pools, gym and towels. Not for those with walking issues due to hills and steps.

Poor property maintained. Road to lobby full of crater holes. Indoor lock of room was broke. No elevator available. Out of service. Had to bring suitcase up 2 floors by stairs. Coffee machine out of service. Parking looks tired and needs new landscaping. At 10 am, pool closed. Why?? You can tell poor facility maintenance. Won’t visit or recommend facility.

Great location for taking boat tours or other activities. This was only 1 out of 3 hotels I stayed at, while in Puerto Rico and it was by far the BEST. (One of the 3 hotels was even a M@riots in San Juan- so that should say a lot)

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The grounds were well taken care of, including a very clean pool. The room was also comfortable, great a/c, water pressure, a nice hot shower, id definitely recommend this place and stay again here in the future

My stay here was great, staff was ultimate accommodating and very friendly. Rooms were always kept very clean as well as the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. My only 1 negative is that the elevator was not working and I had very heavy luggage. Other than that it was a nice stay here

Quedé encantada con el hotel y su staff es excelente. Lo único que debo señalar es que la barra de la psicina no está en funcionamiento y realmente es algo necesario porque uno debe salir y caminar cada vez que quiera algo de tomar o comer. Deben considerar habilitarla pues sería un plus para todos!

Very cute place, very nice staff. There is a mexican bar and grill attached to the main building, a gym and a pool. At the front desk there is a wonderful little parrot. Loved the atmosphere, perfect for our 2 night stay.
