Amazing ocean view. Two bedrooms apartment located in Fajardo, at the east coast of beautiful Puerto Rico Island (45 minutes from San Juan). A perfect romantic getaway or a great family vacation retreat. Minutes away from the most beautiful beaches on the east, great tourist areas. 20 minutes away from Ceiba, from the Ferry that takes you to Culebra or Vieques islands. Excellent gastronomic offer on restaurants located less than 5 minutes away from the apartment.



Bright and cozy apartment with relaxing ocean views. Get ready to enjoy beautiful sunrise & sunsets from the 21st floor balcony. Even take a siesta at the hammock while you'll be comforted by the ocean breeze. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with comfy beds and hotel quality linens. Free Wifi and Smart TV in the living room. It has great, comfortable furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen (just bring your food), beach chairs and cooler.



We provide bath and beach towels, bed linens/pillows; toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, Shampoo and Conditioner.



There are washers and dryers at a cost in the Ground Floor of the building. Common areas and facilities are available to our guest provided that community rules are followed at all times. (Elevator, Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, and beautiful gardens). Please READ the House rules before booking.



We will be available to answer any questions before or during your stay. We are happy to share tips and recommendations on places and attractions around the island. Just let us know and we will help you discover our beautiful Island.

Self check in and check out for your convenience, keys will be available in the lockbox located right in the door of the apartment.



The apartment is located in a gated community complex with 24/7 security. Free parking is available. Beautiful gardens surrounds the building, great for a morning walk. The pool is open following COVID protocols for social distancing. You'll see many boats in and out of the Marina's, specially during weekends (music in the boats can be hear while they pass in front of the apartment).



Renting a car is recommended . The apartment is located 45 minutes drive from San Juan airport. Having your own transportation is recommended if you want to explore the island and take full advantage of the many activities that are available nearby. Renting a car is highly recommended to move around as there is no UBER service in the area.



Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment nor the balcony. Additional Cleaning fee of $100 will be charge if you don’t follow this rule. Please refrain from booking if you could not follow our rules. Please help us maintain the apartment conditions and the quality of our service for the next time you visit.



Essential Services: The Owner is not responsible for the interruption of essential services such as Tap Water or Electrical Power. There will be NO refunds for such events as they are out of the control of the Owner.



Swimming in waters in front of the condominium is not recommended. Sandy beaches are located in 7 minutes drive from the apartment.

As a guest of Fajardo Oceanfront: Marina Views, Wi-Fi & Pool, you'll find a garden and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock. For a fee, parking is available.
