It was very quiet! Room was really clean and the hotel is located in the heart of old San Juan! Everything is walkable. There is no parking so use rideshare.

My room (3rd floor) was clean. Although windows did not open, the room overall was great! I was barely there anyway and just need a bed and shower. The bed was comfy. Water pressure was good and the AC worked wonderfully. The location is close to everything! Good thing I didn’t rent a car because parking and driving is really bad. The staff were friendly. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Overall, I’d stay there again when visiting San Juan.

The front desk was fantastic! The room was clean but very cold for our tastes and no means to warm it up. The shower water temp was warm and not comfortable. Not much for amenities, but a great location.

Room very small, double bed, definitely not queen I paid for, no windows. Not the Delux Queen I paid for. Closet was a wooden locker with hanger rod but no shelves. Bathroom was very nice and although small, bed was comfortable.

Everything went smoothly, I was treated kindly and my room was very modern with all amenities expected of a hotel. Not your typical hotel with that offers continental breakfast( they don't) but Beats almost every hotel in terms of pricing and commodity. Not ideal for people that are used to have expensive hotels or want all the birds and whistles. You have to park in one of the parking garages 2 or 3 streets down next to the hotel. Lots of bars and good places to hang out. Good restaurants to have breakfast or dine in. Totally recommend it.

Everything was great except the water temperature. I was looking forward to a nice warm shower after a day of travelling but water was cool. It wasn’t any better in the morning either. Room, location and staff were all great.

The rooms were clean and mostly quiet for sleeping. The front desk gals were super friendly and had great food recommendations. We did have an issue with late check out. Beforehand it was presented as no problem and only $25 to extend from 12am-2pm. However at the hotel we were told at first it was not available at all and after some pushing we’re able to get 12pm checkout. They said it was $50 if we wanted to stay longer than 12pm - double what we were originally told,

We stayed here one night after our cruise because we wanted to see Old San Juan. The hotel was in good shape and the staff was friendly and actually got us into our room a couple of hours early. The location is perfect: easy walking distance from the port, close to lots of restaurants, and walkable to a lot of sights in OSJ that we wanted to see. The only negative was that the power went out in OSJ (and our hotel) while we were hanging out in the lobby after checking out, but before having lunch, so we ended up spending more of the day at the airport.
