I did not feel safe on the property as there is no security, no front end staff. Check-in was a nightmarre and the emergency number provide, don't even bother calling. It took me about 2 hours just trying to check-in. Instructions given prior that a code will be sent to your phone @ 12pm on day of check-in. Inquiries conducted resulted that some got a code and some did not. I understand everyone trying to be tech savvy and keep overhead cost at a minimun, but when it comes to some industry you can't beat having personel so that guest can connect with and feel at ease / peace of mind.

El lugar muy limpio. No me gustó lo del baño compartido en el 4to piso. Reconozco que no lei esa parte sino nonlo hubiera reservado. Y aparte que estuvimos mas de 30 minutos tratando de abrir la puerta pues no aceptaba el codigo. Más de 5 llamadas al tel que proveyeron y cuando al fin contestan quedaron en resolverme y devolver la llamada cosa que nunca hicieron. Seguimos intentando y 1 hora después logramos abrir la puerta.

I reserved at last minute due to an inconvenience I had & it was really good in regards to what they offer, the only downside the bathroom is shared so that can be an inconvenience

There is no bar attached to the hotel if there was I never saw it open. The room could use a microwave and a fridge for people that didn’t want to go out every night but overall it was a great place

Our room was on the 3rd floor, which is rough for 2 older ladies with bad knees to have to maneuver at every interaction. It forced us into our rooms far earlier than we would've liked to be. By the 3rd time up, there is no going back down until the next day. Being given a lower floor would've helped tremendously. Our A/C worked but leaked, so were constantly drying the floor so as not to slip and fall. The room was clean, and the bed was GREAT! Overall, we loved where we picked, but those little things made the stay a little less of what we wanted to do and more of what we could physically maneuver. There should always be accommodations available for people with limited mobility.

The room was dirty, bathroom had so much scum and mold. The neighborhood is a little shady lots of drunk homeless people. I wouldn’t stay here alone let alone again. My niece and I only stayed to sleep for a few hours until our air b&b was ready and even that was too much. Wouldn’t recommend

Great facilities, very clean and organized. My only concern is about no ice and cooler available. As guest, we don’t have anything to keep cold water or juices for all night long. Ice machine will be a good complement to have an essential basic like potable water.
