Clean rooms, great location, solid hotel for an old building in the old city. The A/C in the room does NOT have a remote - you have to go to the front desk and ask to borrow a remote (if someone else hasn't already), adjust the temperature, and return the remote immediately. Hotel could also use more clear signage when looking for the place since Google maps is off by about a block. Also, if you are driving, the area is a nightmare to stop and load/unload bags, and the nearest public garages are about 7 blocks in either direction with lots of cobbled streets and steep hills if you're planning to drag your suitcase behind you.

The place was ok, service good, but you have to wait for them because sometime they are not in the reception. Also, to change you ac temperature at your room, you have to go all the way down to the reception and ask for the remote control, yes, you read it good, you have to go to the receptionist and ask for temperature adjustment, they go to your room and then they change it for you, so even if you are hot or cold at 2am you need to get in touch with them and then they go to your room. Not happy about it, first time in my 25 years staying in different hotel that I need a person to go into my room (privacy) and change it for us. All other things the hotel was ok.

Convenient location and comfortable beds. It was difficult to locate, as we didn't realize the entrance was through what looked like a café; the address took us next door. When we called for help, it was hard to reach someone, and the communication was a little off-putting. We also needed assistance to turn on the AC.

Well kept for a hotel in a historic old building. Room was clean. Staff are friendly - Bryan at the bar was great. Very small plunge pool on rooftop - needs some upkeep of the tiles surrounding the pool out it was refreshing with a great view of the harbor. A rooftop bar would be great - the is a vending machine with beer, water, soft drinks which did the trick but a full bar during peak times would be nice. Great location in OSJ but be aware that there are a lot of hills to climb when exploring and then getting back to the hotel.
