Malibu Beach Front: Todellinen rantahotelli

Isla Verden ja Rio Granden välissä sijaitseva Malibu Beach Front Condos, Loiza, P. R., on todellinen rantahotelli, josta on virkistävä näkymä Atlantin valtamerelle.  Siitä hetkestä, kun ylität kynnyksen, silmäsi vedetään heti parvekkeen ulkopuolelle Suarezin koskemattomille rannoille.
Tämä 1200 neliöjalkaa. Kolmen makuuhuoneen huoneistossa on isäntä, jolla on king-size-vuode ja kylpyhuone, yksi täysikokoinen sänky ja kaksi kahden hengen kokoista huonetta sekä yhteinen kylpyhuone. Siinä on parveke, josta on vaikuttava näkymä rannalle. Jos haluat uima-altaan vieressä, siellä on kolme perheen kokoista ulkouima-allasta ja huvimaja, leikkipaikka ja 2 osoitettua yksityistä pysäköintipaikkaa.

Me and my 3 teenage kids went here for a week. The appartement is very nice. View to the beach, that is right outside. No roads or anything seperating you from the calm of the sea and tradewinds. Loiza is not far from San Juan, but a car is recommended to go on trips. The host is very attentive and welcoming. Great information before and during our stay. Would definetively return here. Thank you.

The Malibu Beach condo was perfect. It was clean and contained everything you would need from beach chairs, toys, games, towels, and all the cooking utensils and pots and pans you would need. The oven view is lovely and we greatly enjoyed the beach. Luis and Mayra were quick to respond to questions by text. I highly recommend this condo for a peaceful, relaxing spot in between your explorations of Puerto Rico.

This is a beautiful place! Gated community, clean, and 100% beachfront. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing the ocean from the back deck. Mayra was responsive before and during our stay to ensure we had what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time staying at Malbu beachfront condo. It had 3 bedrooms which we required, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with 2 couches and a kitchen table and a fully stocked kitchen that had everything for preparing your own meals. The balcony was large and had lots of seating so everyone could sit outside in the evening to listen to the waves off the beach. The beach was right in front of you and we basically had it to ourselves for the 6 nights we stayed. The host was awesome, she answered any questions promptly and gave us great recommendations and directions to nearby sites. Highly recommend this spot, we loved it and hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful stay here. Mayra was very welcoming and stayed in touch throughout our trip! The condo was clean, comfortable had a great view of the beach and the grounds and pool were very nice. There wasn't a dishwasher or oven. Just a stovetop. So don't buy frozen pizzas llike we did one evening. Lol. We rented a vehicle from San juan airport and drove ourselves everywhere. Staying in Loiza this would be the most efficient route to go. With that being said, if we ever visited Puerto Rico again, we would not rent a vehicle and stay in a Vrbo or hotel walking distance to restaurants, beaches and shops. We would uber or taxi to different excursions. The driving in PR overall was extremely stressful for us, as we are just not use to the roads, the lack of speed limits and the conditions of the roads. Again, this is our opinion and experience.

Lovely stay right on a quiet beach

This property is right on the beach. The beach is very quiet and we had it to ourselves most days. The host is very responsive in communication. We had a minor issue that needed repair and they had it fixed within hours. The location is very safe and conveniently located near El Yunque and San Juan. The local town does not have many options for dining or groceries but things are within a short 15 minute drive. Appreciated how well stocked the apartment was with beach supplies and welcoming snacks & drinks.

Malibu Beach in Puerto Rico was heavenly! The beach was private and perfect for safe swimming and small wave jumping. The condo had everything we needed with enough beds for all. Highly recommend!!

Beachfront condo

A friend and I stayed at the condo and were delighted with the place. Very clean with a lot of nice personalized touches — coffee, chocolate, snacks, bottled water, etc.Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom had all the required toiletries and hot and cold water. Balcony looked out to the ocean and we would sit there every morning and enjoy our coffee. Host was great and in touch, responding promptly when we did have a question.

Good rental

We enjoyed using the provided beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. The washer/dryer came in handy. Air conditioning worked very well! There is no dish washer which was surprising and inconvenient. Queen bed was very comfortable. The area is less than desirable but the grounds of the condo were gated and I felt safe. The balcony allowed for beautiful ocean view and sound of the waves.

I didn't want to leave!

I cannot say enough about this condo. It is right on the beach!! The owners have taken great care to make sure the condo was clean and inviting. Mayra had left little special treats, and the condo was supplied with plenty of necessities. The condo is perfect size. We only had three people in our group so one room was unused. The linens and towels provided were very nice quality and above what I expected. She had plenty of beach extras too, chairs, towels, a boogie board, and even a cooler. It was absolutely perfect.Mayra's communication from booking until the day we left was superior. I was worried about renting a VRBO instead of a hotel, but she made me feel so at ease, she answered all my questions before and during me trip.The beach is peaceful and honestly, we had it almost to ourselves the whole time. It was magical. We swam in the pool each evening and enjoyed that as well. The grounds do have a security guard who we saw every day and he normally stopped by the pool each evening. It was very comforting to know he was there.In the end I will quote my daughter. "When we come back to PR I only want to stay here!"Side Notes: I would suggest renting a car as most things are not walkable for the condo. But not super far by car, still worth it!! We went to a great little bakery about a mile away called Loiza Bakery, for sure check it out. They have the best and cheapest treats and sandwiches. I miss them already!

Wonderful Accommodations

Mayra and Luis are wonderful hosts. The condo is well appointed and artfully furnished. The beds were high quality and very comfortable, which was a must for me having had back surgery. Everything we would need for our 3 week stay was provided.Waking up each morning to enjoy coffee and pray time on the balcony looking over the ocean was a perfect way to start the day. There are plenty of beach chairs, coolers and beach towels. The complex has direct beach access and amazing pools.We will definitely be staying here again!

A Slice of Heaven by the Ocean in PR

The condo was clean, well stocked and overall very nice! The view and the sound of the ocean were awesome! Mayra and Louis were very easy to contact and helped us the whole stay. There local snacks, dish soap, laundry pods and many many other thoughtful touches supplied by the owners and others that have stayed!! A Fantastic experience, we highly recommend their condo.

Excellent winter getaway

My wife, daughter and I spent a week at this condo and are already looking forward to going back! The condo is right on the beach and has amazing views and a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The complex has three pools (all in the same courtyard), and there were times we had them to ourselves! The condo itself is well-stocked with items to make your pool/beach experience great, including beach chairs and towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but we found lots of great, local places to eat within a reasonable drive. This place is a hidden gem!

Great safe location.

Site was right on the beach with a gate secured gate around the whole property. Felt safe during our entire visit. Our family appreciated the 3 different depth pools. Host was in constant communication with us and answered simple questions about the area. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 5.
