The room was in excellent condition. The hotel was decorated so pretty. The pool was awesome, and the restaurant and bar was good as well. We enjoyed the food that we ate. Any of the front staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Overall a nice resort with good breakfast and a beautiful pool area with a small water park for the kids. The room however was not that great, clogged sink, bath tub doesn't hold water, both shower heads didn't work properly. There was no way to turn off the cooling, no window to open for fresh air. No sheets for the folding sofa bed were provided. It's a long walk to the beach 10-15 min as you can't cut through the resort across the street. For a relatively expensive hotel they should at least address the room related issues as I'm not the first one to comment about them.

I stayed at this hotel from January 21–24 and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, and everything about the stay exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after long days. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Every meal felt like a highlight of the trip. The location was another major plus. It felt very secure, well-kept, and convenient, which added an extra layer of comfort throughout my stay. Whether I was returning late in the evening or heading out early in the morning, I always felt safe and at ease. Overall, I had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay. I would definitely return in the future.
