Beautiful resort with an awesome beach and pool. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Parking is available across the street, but you must pay for it. It is a bit confusing until you get the hang of it. Overall a great stay.

Truthfully, I could not be more pleased with my stay at the Royal Sonesta in PR! The staff were all absolutely wonderful and each always had a smile on their face and cared about me and how my vacation was going! The Location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of options in walking distance to go out and eat and shop! The rooms are updated and beautiful, and VERY Clean! The Hotel pool has a swim up bar with the best and most friendly bar tenders! The pool was always clean! The beach behind the hotel is beautiful and the hotel even provides chairs and umbrellas for their guests! My stay was 100% and I will be back! Do yourself a favor and book this hotel!

5th time here.. love it convenient to the airport . Walkable area with plenty of restaurant choices a short taxi ride to old San Juan for even more dining choices and sightseeing.. the beach is right there at the back of the property it's very convenient bodega ,pharmacy fast food across the street . Beach is very clean and beautiful property has always been nice every year we've been there.

Loved out stay at Royal Sonesta, the staff was incredibly nice, the pool and the beach were top notch, and the rooms were clean and modern. Definitely the place to stay in Isla Verde.

Everyone was super friendly and nice! Property was clean and staff was attentive. The only issue I would have is not being able to do a late check out without paying $150… that’s is a pretty steep price for an additional hour or two!

Pool is small, staff is not helpful at all. Restaurants inside are overpriced and limited choice in menu and food taste is terrible.

I liked the Royal Sonesta Hotel for its location on the beach, cleanliness, polite staff and overall, just a beautiful hotel. What I did not like was their parking which is across the street and there is no stop light or stop sign for pedestrians to cross the street to get to the parking lot.
