San Juan Beach House

Tämä Beach House sijaitsee aivan rannalla päin pääliuskaa kohti. Kävelymatkan päässä Ocean Parkista, jossa kaikki kaupungin toiminnot: runsaasti ravintoloita, baareja, ruokakauppa ja leipomo.

Rantataloon mahtuu korkeintaan 20 vieraan tilavuus. Tähän sisältyy 7 makuuhuonetta ja 4 kylpyhuonetta, patio BBQ-alue, pelihuone ja ilmainen pysäköinti. Lisäksi kiinteistö on vain 5 minuutin päässä lentokentältä ja Vanhasta San Juanista.

Kiinteistössä on täysin varustettu keittiö, BBQ-alue ja sisäpatio, jossa poreallas. Koko omaisuus on täysin ilmastoitu ja siinä on kaapeli-tv ja nopea nopea langaton internetyhteys. Älä unohda kysyä valinnaisesta yksityiskokin saatavuudesta.

After 10pm is quiet hours. Parties, speakers or invited guests are not allowed. Guests amount on the reservation must match people at the property.
No smoking or pets are permitted indoors at any time. Any smoke smell in AC units or mascot hair will be cleaned professionally at tenants expense.
Unfortunately unlike hotels this is a private residence and we do not have area to drop off luggage.

This house was perfect for our group of 14! We really enjoyed that everyone had their own space but could easily gather in the common areas and game room. The house was perfect walking distance to the beach and a lot of great breakfast spots and restaurants. The host and property manager were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely book this property again for our next group trip!

Amazing

This property was very clean and spacious and close to everything. It had everything we needed for the beach and trust me it came in handy. Zesar the property manager was excellent he answered any questions or concerns that we had. We had a large family when I say this is an excellent house that’s what I mean. Great Stay

We had an easy and great time using this property. It was a group of 10 celebrating a 30th birthday and we could’ve not been any happier. Even when the power went out in the whole neighborhood, the property manager made sure to stay in communication with us and also send people to set up our backup generator. We were also really happy with the chef and the breakfast that he made for us in the house. Definitely would recommend staying here for a large group because it was close to a lot of things and Ubers were cheap.

San Juan Beach House McLeary Street

The property was exactly as advertised. There was 12 of us that stayed there. There was a lot of room, plenty of bedrooms. The location was perfect. A block from the beach and a block from plenty of restaurant and bars! Zesar was very helpful and great to work with. He was very quick to respond with any questions/concerns we had. And provided many useful tips!We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

Lots of space

From a space perspective the house was great. Beach toys, balls, and wagon were also an added bonus. The house could use a deep cleaning in areas such as cabinets and windows. Also, one of the bedrooms has a chemical smell.Communication with Zesar was very responsive.The house provided four thin towels per bed. They did not give hand towels for bathrooms or kitchens. We were a large group with lots of kids. It felt like we had to wash towels constantly because the towels were used to clean up messes, go to beach, dry off after hot tub, dry rain water, or wipe hands. Honestly the towel situation seemed a little nuts considering the size and cost of the house. I recommend bringing your own. Especially if you are going to the beach.

Leaky ceiling, water dripping on beds and floors. Mold on the ceiling. Good location and plenty of room, but they definitely need to replace the roof. Also need a better sitting area outside near hot tub, pictures looked so much better on listing. Also some problems with garage and gate opening.

Look no further and stay here!

This gem was perfect to host me and my friends for the long weekend! It's in the best location right outside old San Juan and the beach pretty much being the back yard. It's next to so many fun things to do in the main strip. The house was so nice and the hot tub was a dream. The host was also super available, communicative, informative and just all around cool. I strongly recommend reserving this spot if you're looking to have a blast of a trip!

Great place for big group!

Very nice property and good location. The beach, coffee shops and restaurants were walking distance. We had family reunion and stayed at the property for 5 days. The property was nice. The community with the property managers, Jaime and Zesar were great! I will recommend this place for big group!

This property worked well for our stay. It is less than 15 minutes from the airport, about the same distance to Old San Juan, and walking distance to lots of good dining and a grocery store. Also, the beach and a playground for the kids are just a block away. We felt safe the entire time we were there and coming and going. The layout of the house is all on one floor which was nice, though there are places where the level changes and you have to watch your step (mostly important for the elderly or young kids) or go down several steps to get to the game room and 2 bed rooms on that level. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had to reach out to have him adjust the temperature of the AC a couple of times, as there was only 1 room with a thermostat we could control. Plenty of towels and wash clothes were provided but we had to go purchase soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

McCleary Beach House

Overall, it was a great stay. Wi Fi and phone service were spotty at best, which made it hard to get updates for the excursions we booked. No hot showers. But the property itself was true to the description. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was a short walk to the beach, which was great. We took advantage of the private chef, and that was absolutely amazing food. Very friendly and was so easy to make those arrangements. Would have been nice to have extra blankets/sheets. But there were plenty of things to use when going to the beach, chairs, cooler etc.

Great house and location

I had a group of 18, and we had a great time! The location is good, near restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Z was great to work with and he gave us great hints about the island. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Beach House

Beautiful house, not even a block from the beach! Short walk to many amazing restaurants and bars on Calle Loíza. The host was very responsive and the house was plenty big to host everyone in the family. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico!

The Beach House

Great place to stay! Beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very, very close to beach. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. The host even had 4 beach chairs, several boogie boards, sandcastle supplies, a cooler, plus much more for the beach...even a surf board. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Experience at the Best Property in Ocean Park Beach , PR

We traveled last week with my Father, sisters, and their families to celebrate our Dad’s 80th Birthday. The property was as described and had a lot of convenient stores, shops and restaurants within walking distances or a short Uber or Drive. The home was well equipped with bedding, towels, kitchen supplies. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the extras like pool table, ping pong table and hot tub after lots of daily touring and sightseeing. They also had a rolling ice chest, beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow for the 5 minute walk to the sand! It was so incredibly located. The property owner was exceptional and prompt to respond. I am excited to go back and stay here again. Thank you you helping accommodate us and helping make our stay very wonderful- our Dad was so happy.

Great house for a large family

The house was perfect for our family of 12. Our kids and grandkids loved it. The pool table and ping pong table were put to good use. We walked to restaurants and the grocery store.

Nice but….

Let’s me start with the positive. The property manager is wonderful. He stayed in contact with us if we had questions, asked for late checkout, asked to get in early etc… and the property location was wonderful. We walked to the beach (less than 5 mins) bars, restaurants etc… Now the not so good stuff…. The house is old and in need of some major updating. I felt like we were transported back to the 90s. with the furnishings and decor. The layout is really odd. 7 bedrooms, but Only One bedroom in the house has a bathroom within the bedroom and it was one of the smallest bedroom in the house. The largest bedroom, requires you to take a short walk across the bar area. No one was not thrilled about that. You have to be ok sharing bathrooms or this house is not for you. The Cable cords are stapled across the doors, the bath towels /wash cloths were old (we purchased our own) the inside needs a good paint job and we could not figure out the how to cut off the darn lights in the common area. The area with the hot tub does not look like the picture on the website, lol. They worked the angles big time. We used it, and It wasn’t awful. The area where the Hot tub sits needs some decorating and general sprucing up. We did get a credit, because we had no internet or cable for 5 days!!!! We were told the cable lines were cut.
