The room had a tiny balcony that was only about a foot deep. Several Maintenance issues with room and Gym. Staff was very nice but the place was very overpriced for the experience we received. Will find another place to stay on our next trip to PR

Loved it here. Staff was welcoming. The atmosphere was wonderful. Right next to the beach, they set up a chair and umbrella for you. English isn’t an issue. Food is incredibly but it’s pricey. Tip is included for the food. The room is gorgeous and had the most stunning views. I would 100% come back here

Pros - bar/restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, convenient location steps from beach, nice decor. Cons - stains on the wall in the bathroom and black mold on ceiling of bathroom (better attention needed to maintenance/cleaning), other staff (besides bar/restaurant) weren't very friendly

Beautiful property. Super nice staff. Wonderful room! That said, there is a horrible smell right outside the building that usually makes its way in and that’s a real downer, as it stuck to my clothes. Otherwise, the hotel is right on the beach and very close to the airport.

Clean relaxing hotel, appropriate aromas used throughout facility that promote peace and relaxation. Food was fantastic both times we visited the pool. Very hospitable staff. Short walk to the beach and stores nearby. Would absolutely stay here again.

My wife & I stayed 5 nights and had a great visit. Spacious room, excellent shower, wonderful staff. Hotel provided beach chairs, towels & large umbrella . Pool area was small but nice. We ate at both restaurants for dinner & lunch, great food. A nice boutique style hotel with a low key approach. Loved it !

There was an issue with my room for the first couple nights, but they remedied it and also gave me something that was really thoughtful in the new room. In addition to switching my room they also offered me a free breakfast while they try to fix the problem the first day that I stayed. I didn’t get to go to the second restaurant, but I did have food from there on the beach, which was a nice touch. Overall, I think I would come back and I would suggest this property to friends, family, and loved ones.
