If there was a no stars they would get this. The hotel was a shambles I arrived after my partner due to our flight being oversold and he had to pay a holding fee to book in They took the fee of $200 dollars which was not even advertised as required They have not returned this money despite taking this up with Expedia The hotel is filthy broken furniture and floors mould and damp everywhere and unfit for purpose Do not stay here

Honestly the stay was terrible, roach in my room, the bedding was stained badly, there was no hot water! The cheap price was not worth it, i left the next day. I would have been better off staying at a motel.

I dont ever leave reviews, but this have never checked a bed for bed bugs, but this one I did. We were pretty horrified at the appearance of this hotel. If we were staying more than a day, I would be calling to beg for my money back. It took us about 10 min to find The front desk guy was sleeping in a chair. I had to wake him up to have him fix our tv. He literally told us "the owner doesnt give a "fill-in a 4 letter word". I think this might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. No bites when i woke up, so thats a plus.

There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel (not their fault). No daily housekeeping and had to keep asking for clean towels. They do not provide beach towels. Very conveniently located steps from the beach.

We arrived early in the day coming off of a cruise ship. We only expected to be able to leave our luggage there until check in time, but they let us check in around 10:30 am. That was awesome.
