This hotel was perfect for my stay. It is small and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. The ocean view is beautiful as well as the ocean sounds. Parking is conveniently located directly across the street. So many dining options and beaches nearby. The hotel provided coffee and a small snack each morning which was very nice. I am looking forward to staying here again!

I spent 6;nights at this location. Let me begin by saying that this Boutique Hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were wonderful. The hotel clearly states that while on the water it doesn't have a beach directly in front of it. However, within a 5 minute walk is a beach of considerable beauty. I booked my room 5 months in advance. A comparison between the price I paid versus what I would have paid if I had waited until 2 months before arrival cost me substantially more. If someone were to book at the cheaper price then the property was a fair deal. At the more expensive price, this couldn't be called a Boutique Hotel. It was a little tired and in need of a substantial refresh. If you can wait to book then it's price was reasonable. If you are booking in advance, perhaps somewhere else would be money better spent.

The room was nice and the view was amazing! There was an issue with the sliding door in the bedroom getting stuck open. Staff replied that they’d see if maintenance was still available. We never heard back about this nor could we find towels for the pool - also asked about that. Luckily my daughter was able to eventually close the door; else we would have had it open all night; no screen.

We rarely write reviews but we wanted people to know our experience. When the staff were around, they were very helpful, though most did not speak english making communication challenging. The manager was awesome, but she was not on site very often and you had to try to text or call for assistance - not always easy to do. The property is also very noisy - a party on our second night went on in the bar area until 4:30 a.m. And the last two mornings, we were woken up at 6:30 a.m. by either staff or guests gathering in the small lobby and chatting very loudly. There are also no safes in the room and the key board door locks were not reliable - seemed to open even if you missed the correct number.

This place is nice for a 3* hotel. It’s hard to give more because it lacks some services hotels provide. Pool was nice but needed cleaning. There was coffee/tea and snacks in the morning which was nice. “Boutique hotel” kind of insinuates that it’s going to be fancy- but this place is not, however it was comfortable, clean and right in front of the ocean ( not beach ) it did have a relaxed vibe and the room was large. Also very close to a beach

A hidden gem

The place is really quaint. Great ocean and beach views. The desk and bar employees were super friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. The breakfast wasn't what i had expected and the options for something else weren't readily available. Lots of small shops close by with some food selecting. Three beach close by was nice and the people in the area were friendly

Parking available right across the street in a private lot. Rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. They offer coffee and cereal/snacks in the morning which I didn’t expect but was appreciated. We went to Soleo for dinner and it was amazing. Beach is just a short walk and my husband loved the fishing there too. It’s a very quiet area. Views are breathtaking. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

I loved the view and the distance to the beach and the kiosks. It was very clean and a darling inn. Very clean pool. What I thought needed improvement was the manager was not there the entire time we were there. So, no one spoke English. There's a nice bakery a short distance away.

Pleasant Inn on a Quiet Street

Clean small bnb style inn. I appreciated that they provide coffee and water anytime, and milk and cereal in the mornings. The room was quiet at night. I recommend having a car if staying here because Luquillo Beach and restaurants open after 5:00 PM are a 20-minute walk.
