The staff was extremely kind & friendly. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are in need of a remodel, broken drawer, sticky tv remote, dirty/molded windows. The location is def a 10/10 but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Could not flush toilet paper in toilet. Had to put used TP in trash can under the bathroom sink. We cut our stay short because of that. Staff was friendly and helpful in ideas for restaurants in the area.

Convenient Location

Good economic hotel. Short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. 10-15 minute ride to Old San Juan, airport or cruise port. Good place for short stay before or after cruise.

Location was good, staff nice but always apologetic for all shortcomings. Place needs a mayor overhaul. Dirty, worn out rugs, never had anything you asked for from towels to extra blankets. Had coffee machine but not one day did we have any coffee, no pods no restaurant so had to go off property for coffee.

The property looks like it was trying to update property however, too many old and tarnished fixtures and walls. The towels and bedding were very old and worn out. We did not feel clean

This hotel is a disaster. There’s mold on the ceiling and the vents are grossed and packed with hair and dust. I travelled with my infants and I honestly just wanted to cancel the reservation and go home. I will not recommend this place.

Great location that feels like a midway point between the more touristy aspects of Condado and the beach, and more traditional city vibes of places like Calle Cerra. Excellent staff, everyone is nice, personable and helpful, especially NInoshka at the front desk. Nice rooftop with a 360 view that gives you a long view towards the beach on one side, and the mountains on the other, with all sorts of highrise architecture and cityscape in between. My room was a good size with a comfortable bed, standard furnishings, comfortable use-of-space bathroom and a good view of the city area around Condado Beach (before you hit the beach itself). Housekeeping is consistent with the quality of cleaning, and of course if you want to sleep in after a night out you can put up the sign to skip your room for the day. I'd stay again👏

Puerto Rico Trip

My stay was comfortable, resting, quiet. All the things I look for. Easy check in, my room had a great view. My only issue was the curtains wouldn't fully close, but other than that. Perfect. Close to the airport, shopping, and restaurants.
