I was completely duped by this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 3 STAR HOTEL! This hotel isn’t even a 2 star hotel. False advertising. Ruined the first 2 days of my vacation.

I asked for a queen bed gave us two double beds. The motel room itself was half done as far as no towel rack on the wall only a shower curtain for the shower and there was no breakfast available. They were under construction, which makes it really bad.

The room was in good condition, The carpets in the hallways appeared old and not very clean, The people manning the desk were all very good and helpful. They immediately responded to our requests and assisted us with connecting with Uber and visiting Old San Juan. I thought the room rate was rather high?
