Super clean, spacious, and modern. No staff present, but they are easy to reach by phone without any waiting. Very secure and safe. You have a main gate for cars, lobby door with code, and room door with code. Pros: Spacious room Clean Good service Super comfortable bed + pillows Large balcony Cons: Low water pressure Shower does not get super hot. Just luke warm

This will be my go to place to stay whenever I’m traveling to Puerto Rico and need to be this area. They’ve been completely accommodating, making the process a smooth transition. Excellent service!

There wasn’t hot water and we found a cockroach on the ground. I understand we are near the forest but did not compare to pictures. Nice TV and Bed but with the concrete floor it was extremely unappealing.

Quite place, but there was no hot water. Which we brought it to the staff attention, but nothing was dine regarding the matter. Also the pressure of the shower was extremely minimum.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, con fácil acceso y una excelente relación calidad-precio. La cama era cómoda y el personal súper amable, atento y con respuestas rápidas. En general, una buena experiencia. Como áreas de mejora: se escuchaba bastante el ruido entre habitaciones (la televisión del cuarto vecino estaba muy alta) y el agua de la ducha nunca llegó a calentarse. Me encanta que utilicen energía solar, pero durante mi estadía estuvo nublado y no funcionó como esperaba.
