Overall this hotel was a good value for families - clean, spacious and upgraded bathrooms, exterior courtyard and pool were nice, as was the evening reception. However, beware as we got caught off guard by the double beds (and sleeper sofa) being full sized beds instead of queen beds. This made it challenging for our family of 5 to comfortable sleep 2 to a bed or sofa sleeper. The hot breakfast was fairly good but the waffles were super doughy. This was surprising since this can be easily made from a premix. Perhaps the cooks had never tried them (?!) but they were just awful waffles!

We stayed here overnight for city to the Sea half marathon. Nice, decent, clean property with friendly staff Internet was not working. We notified front desk but they said it works for them. If you are relying on connectivity to do work, etc while you are staying here, it might not be advisable as we could not get it to work or get them to look into it. Outside of that, everything else was smooth and lovely. Electric car charging stations are not yet connected and don’t work so plan Accordingly.

The courtyard area around the pool was very pleasant. Along with the happy hour and barbecue it made it a nice way to spend the evening instead of in our room or spending money at restaurant.
