Spacious terraces and well-maintained outdoor areas offer plenty of space to relax outside. Just a few steps away, you will find a pool, a wellness area, and a children's playground, providing variety and relaxation. These holiday apartments are the ideal choice for those of you who equally value comfort and activities.
The 38 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and accommodates 2 to 4 people. It features a modern kitchen, living and sleeping area with a comfortable sofa and inviting seating corner, a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a SAT-TV for relaxing hours. The kitchen is equipped with dining and cooking utensils and a practical filter coffee machine – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Right in front of the apartment, a covered seating area invites you to linger and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
In the immediate vicinity are the pool, wellness area, and children's playground, so you can enjoy all amenities during your stay. This apartment offers comfort, South Tyrolean flair, and a close-to-nature setting – ideal for couples or families seeking relaxation and variety.
