Bright family villa perfectly situated in a modern residence with swimming pool and solarium. The flat can accommodate up to 8 guests and is built on three levels. On the ground floor you will find 2 private entrances, a porch which is ideal to park your car, a small bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed and a patio with a fireplace and a private garden. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Both rooms provide a covered terrace. On the attic there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and an utility room.
Additionally, the apartment provides A/C.
Beach distance: 500 mt.
°Pets are not allowed.
°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
