Plusser og minusser

Lejligheden var let overfladisk rengjort men det går nok. Køleskabet skal smækkes hårdt for at få lukket men det går ogs nok. Der er meget lydt, så man kan høre alt hvad der foregår på alle etager hele døgnet rundt, men det går nok. Flere fronter i skufferne røg af når man åbnede skufferne. Informationen mht check-in er for ringe. I stueetagen på den gule bygning (lige ved bomanlægget) er der check-in fra kl 16 og ikk 17 som hotels.com skriver. Og man skal IKKE ringe i forvejen som også står skrevet. Men Valbella er et ok sted at være. Der er mange minusser fordi lejlighederne er gamle men området er godt og der er massere af gode pools. Vi kommer igen og igen fordi vi er egentlig glade for at være her. Og børnene finder hvert år en masse de kan lege med.

Slidt og beskidt

Der står i vores modtaget beskrivelse at virksomhedens personale kan både tale tysk, engelsk, spansk og italiensk men der tales kun italiensk og alt foregår via en oversætter, vi ankommer til en lejlighed der er beskidt, vi skulle vaske alt service af for brug, køkkenet var så mangelfuld at de burde leve der selv i et par dage. Ovnen virkede ikke, der var kun 2 brugbare kogeblus og pander og gryder var så dårlig i stand at man næsten ikke kunne bruge det. Sengene var ved at falde fra hinanden og gulvet var et stort puzzlespil hvor halvdelen af de lagte brikker hele tiden kom op af gulvet. Så får du lejlighed H H 08 så bed om en ny! For når man bad om hjælp ved at skrive til deres whatsapp så kontaktede de ikke en tilbage. Man kan se at beskeden er modtaget og læst, selvom man skriver på engelsk eller italiensk. Dyner var også en mangelvare de var heller ikke i lejligheden

Vælg ikke Valbella i Bibione, Italien!!!

Helt igennem forfærdelig oplevelse! Vi ankommer lørdag eftermiddag og får at vide at lejligheden, som vi havde booket til 10 personer, havde fået en vandskade fra en storm tidligere på ugen. De kunne derfor kun tilbyde en 4 personers og en 2 personers. Spisning sammen var derfor ikke muligt uden at gå ud. Børnene måtte bo for sig selv i en nedslidt lejlighed med meget dårlige senge, madrasser og manglende hovedpuder. Vores lejlighed lugtede konstant af kloak, hvilket vi klagede over flere gange til den KUN italiensk talende receptionist, hvor alt kommunikation foregik gennem Google translate på en telefon. Hun endte dog med at udvise forståelse for problemet og sendte rengøring op der tydeligvis kendte til problemet og blot hældte rengøringsmiddel i kloaken og to timer senere lugtede den ligeså fælt igen. Vi endte med at købe noget tape i et supermarked for at lukke alle sprækker rundt om døren og nøglehullet og brugte toilettet i børnenes lejlighed. Ingen af lejlighederne havde nøgler til toiletterne… Dagen efter spurgte vi om vi kunne komme til at se den vandskadede lejlighed men det var ikke muligt og jeg tvivler på at den overhovedet eksisterer efter at have læst anmeldelser om lignende situationer. Køkkenet og møbler i lejligheden var tiltalt nedslidte og i stykker og vi ødelagde både en kjole og en to t-shirts på de skarpe kanter på bordpladen, hvor laminatkanterne var revet i stykker. Vi må konstatere at Hotels.com denne gang har skuffet os gevaldigt!

Det var ett billigt boende men lugnt område och nära till stan. Det var dock lite svårt att hitta i början (receptionen är liten och i ett av våningshusen). Receptionisten kunde, trots att det stod i beskrivningen, endast italienska och spanska. Vi pratar inget av språken så vi fick kommunicera via Google translate, så vi hade kanske kunnat få bättre service om receptionisten åtminstone pratat engelska. Men var väldigt vänlig så det var inte problemet. Under halva vistelsen fick man också betala för solstolarna (6 euro per dag), vilket vi inte kunnat läsa oss till någonstans. Sängarna var väldigt obekväma för oss vuxna men som sagt så blir det ändå ett bra betyg bland annat pga läget och priset.
