We loved the location; it was quiet, and the staff were amazing. It was a 5-minute walk to the plaza and 5-10 min walk to restaurants. If you are not the walking type, it's also easy to get a tax or uber from this location.

Wonderful boutique hotel close to main square, shopping and dining. fantastic views from rooftop terrace with plenty of seating areas. The mattresses are in dire need of upgrading, worst I've ever experienced, unfortunately not very restful.

It's a great location close to the town square. All my basic needs were met except water pressure. I did not enjoy my shower consistently. Half of my showers were cold water. I am not sure if I will stay here again. I have to balance value against enduring a cold shower half the time.

I stayed at beautiful Casa Mia December 1st. thru the 9th. I was very impressed with wonderful suite l stayed in, room 16. It was fully equipped with more than l needed, great TV with all the channels, lovely big, clean, crispy, bed, the view was spectacular. Close to city center, maybe 5 minutes walk downhill, uphill, l suggest a green and white taxi if you don't like to trek up the hill, taxis are everywhere, and only a few dollars. Also, if you need a ride to the airport, reception can arrange a taxi for the day of your departure. San Miguel de Allende is a truly magical place, incredibly romantic, with wonderful warm people. All in all, Casa Mia gets 5 gold stars from me, in fact, l was so impressed with this beautiful city, l've decided to move there in February. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was perfect. Literally right up the street from the main plaza and church. Rooms were very clean. We liked the fact that some rooms have a full kitchen. We made breakfast in the mornings before heading out into town each day. The only negative I have to say is that the water pressure of the shower wasn’t the greatest. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in room #8 for 2 nights in late October. It was spacious and we loved that there was a combined little kitchenette/dining/living room area. I personally found that the beds were comfortable- not too soft or too hard. There aren’t any easily accessible outlets in the bedrooms. AC is in the bedroom. No full length mirror anywhere which I found a bit disappointing. I liked that they provided 2 umbrellas and a shopping bag if you wanted to use them- nice touch. The bathroom sink area was very small and the lighting overall in the bathroom is poor. The towels are not the best- I recommend that you bring your own. The water pressure in the shower was a tad bit too much (and could not be adjusted) but I’d rather have it strong than weak. Water took a bit to drain in shower. Beautiful courtyard and rooftop lounge area. Didn’t hear much/or anything from our fellow neighbors. No elevator but they can help with bags. If you have a car make sure to give **at least** a 25 minute warning before you arrive. There is absolutely nowhere to park in front of the hotel- and they are located on a frequently used one way street. If you can help it at all- I highly recommend not you do not bring a car. Driving here is so stressful and there are transit officers just waiting for you to make a mistake to issue a ticket. I believe it’s 100% worth it to hire a driver/service to bring you into town. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Everyone was very helpful. The mattress)?) on bed in suite 16 was so uncomfortable it was very hard to relax and fall asleep just to be honest. The noise from the unit outside the front door was not helpful but was better with bedroom door closed.
