Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation
Security Deposit: $500 refundable security deposit per stay for incidentals
Property Note: The Villas at San Juliette are located above the tasting room and restaurant. During business hours, staff and vineyard guests will be present, but you have your own private space, and the public does not have access to the homes.
Quiet Hours: Begin at 10:00 PM — please respect noise levels for all guests and neighbors
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee.
