On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining room, a large dining room with a table and a kitchen corner, and a double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. The fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 16 rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, with an exit leading to the patio and swimming pool.

Upstairs, the cottage boasts a large double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC, three additional double bedrooms, and a double bedroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. There are nine rooms with two beds each (90 cm) and one room with three beds. The upper level also includes a living room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a flat-screen TV, and a large kitchen/living room with an open-hearth fireplace, four gas rings, and a dining table. Additionally, there are two baths/bidet/WC and four showers/bidet/WC.
