trotz der Zusage wir. bekommen den Schlüssel auch bei Verspätung mussten wir die erste Nacht in einem Hotel verbringen deshalb nie wieder bei euch

Remise des clés à 20h30 au lieu de 18h. Pas de climatisation. Pas de banne sur la terrasse. Impossible de dormir de jour comme de nuit. Appartement sale et découverte de présence de blatte.
