This three bedroom town house is in a great location and can accommodate 5 adults and an additional cot can be provided for a small cost. The property benefits from a lounge/dining room on the ground floor together with a well fitted kitchen equipped with modern appliances cooker, fridge freezer , microwave. There is also separate WC and single bedroom. On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with sun balcony overlooking the communal pool opposite . There is a second double bedroom (with two single beds) and also a separate fully fitted bathroom with bath and shower over. A second staircase leads onto the roof top solarium enclosed with a good degree of privacy and distant views of the sea. Air conditioning is fitted in three of the rooms ( lounge and two bedrooms) and various freestanding fans are available. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden furniture, terrace, iron, free internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, air conditioning (hot/cold), air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms, communal+children's swimming pool, parking, Smart TV with UK, Spanish and International channels.ExternalTo the rear is a patio - utility area with washing machine and line. A partially enclosed patio area with pergola is available to the front which can be used as an outside dining area or private off street parking .The property benefits from a good sized communal pool which is directly opposite the house. Please note young children must always be supervised in the pool.LocationSan Pedro Del Pinatar is a typically Spanish town with a population of just over 20,000. The nearest airport is Murcia International (approx 30 minutes away or Alicante approx. 50 minutes away by car). The attractive beaches of The Mar Menor are approximately 15 mins walking distance and this enclosed saltwater lagoon enjoys water temperatures in excess of 26 degrees during the summer months which is popular for both family visitors and watersports enthusiasts . The area enjoys good weather for the majority of the year with over 320 days of sunshine.The property is less than 2 minutes walk away from the salt lakes and nature reserve the residence of a variety of wildlife including migrating birds with a number of flamingos and attracting bird watchers throughout the year. There are numerous cycle tracks surrounding the area affording easy access to approx 13 kms of Mar Menor beaches, (cycle hire available very close by to the property). Due to the relatively flat nature of the local area , walking and cycling is popular for many visitors .San Pedro Del Pinatar has a nice selection of boutiques, bars and restaurants and a popular market is held in the town centre on Monday mornings. There is a Marina offering the water sport enthusiast scuba diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, windsurfing and sailing. Lo Pagan is 15 minutes walk with family friendly beaches and restaurants and cafe bars.There are numerous golf courses within a 20 minute drive which include La Manga, Roda and Mar Menor Golf Resort. Alicante is approximately 50 mins by car and the larger market town of Murcia is a similar distance. the very popular La Manga strip is also approximately 1 hours drive away also offering popular beaches with various watersports together with and a variety of bars, restaurants.There is a local supermarket , English style pub-bar, Indian Restaurant and good quality Italian Restaurant also within a five minutes walking distance. San Pedro town is a 10 minutes walk.

We know this area well now, it's just perfect. Location great, all within walking distance and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty to do within walking distance, this is perfect. Very safe for teens to explore also, we absolutely love San Pedro Del Pinatar if you haven't been you will too. It's not Brits abroad which we love, unlike Torreveja just up the road. Half an hour to Cartagena and 45 minutes drive to Murcia if you want to visit a city. You could quite easily just stay in the area for the full holiday, lots of bars restaurants nearby and great beaches with waterworks. Would also suit an older visitor, the area is very flat with stunning walks at the Salinas. Would book again.

Overall top notch with minor things to improve

Place was nice along the swimming pool, apartments were sound proof enough. Clean and well maintained (no usual worn-feel of rentals). Some minor improvements might be good like kitchen utils - really odd and weird utensils (and we bought peeling knife) and dull cutting knifes (as usual in rentals). Wc could use trashbin and especially hooks for towels. Guidebook/website from qr is not working so we did not know what to do with our trashes etc.
