We've stayed here several times in the last few years. Nice place, clean rooms and the staff is always friendly. We like that we DON'T get maid service everyday as we usually have the Do Not Disturb sign at other hotels.

This was a work related stay (3 days weekday), and with work 2 miles south, on the same road, it was very convenient. Somewhat walkable (at this time of year ... cooler weather) as there was a sidewalk along the road all the way to work. Costco and some dining (limited) across the street, so you could dispense with a rental (and just rideshare for longer trips). The stay is off what seems to be a busy street. However, in the room I had, there were no noise issue. I don't know if it was because of the room facing away from the road (inner "court", facing the pool), or good sound insulation, or something else. Plenty of parking all around the place. (I normally don't eat any breakfast provided by the place I stay at, so I can't comment on that ...) The staff was very helpful and friendly. That always make a stay pleasant. Overall, I would pick this place again.
