We really liked the view from our three-bedroom apartment and the location was great. The kids’ playing area was also very good, which was a big plus for our family. However, the property seriously needs a deep clean. Unfortunately, we found fresh blood stains on our bedsheets on the first night, which showed that the bedding had not been properly changed for new guests. The floor and the balcony were also very dirty. With better cleaning standards, this place could be much better

Room was mostly comfy. Sofa bed wasn't great for sleeping on, and looked dated. The carpet was stained, a drawn curtain was missing. Power outage overnight wasn't good enough to be honest, and no explanation was given, not were we asked if we had managed with no power or a/c. Over priced for what was on offer.

We enjoyed the stay being close to Phillip Island but our room was quite grotty and needs a good deep clean. There was mould in the bathrooms and cobwebs and spiders within the apartment itself. Additionally the door latch was broken and missing from our main entry door. Also note that this is not a serviced hotel apartment which was my oversight so any cleaning including towels and linen change is at an additional cost.

Wasted a day in sorting out Ants issues, with reception staff not bothering about it for a long time. Had a newborn and a 4 year old and needed a room change which was not actioned on priority. Eventually wasted a lot more time in getting another room free from ants the next day.

Whilst the room was relatively clean, there were dead insects stuck on the ceiling, and within the blinds, there were also small scratches and damage to almost every wall in sight, especially on the walkway to the room. It definitely needs some renovations, as I recall this was the issue last time. Outside of the room, the resort was quite nice, but we faced several issues. After checking in, we drove to our room, and the keycards didn't work. I then called the reception with no response, ending up having to drive back. Whilst the lady apologised after rescanning the cards, she mentioned to call next time, which I, of course, said I did. It seems she was busy with another customer. Next was the pool/spa. The spa was freezing cold. I spoke to the reception, who got a guy to check it, and he mentioned it had issues 2 days ago and that they'd call in a maintenance team to fix it. I later found out that was a complete lie and that someone who operated it was on leave, and it appeared no one else knew how. Finally, my other complaint was the jumping pillows. My son loved them and we were their daily - , they are meant to be inflated from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We stayed two nights, and both mornings we had to call to get them inflated. The first morning was at ~9.30 a.m. and the second at 8:30 a.m. Not sure what's happening. The only true positive was the buffet breakfast - the staff was polite and helpful and the food was quite nice.

Great room and facilities. The 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious, good sized bedrooms. The buffet breakfast was very expensive for what you good and not very good quality. Definitely would stay again in second floor apartment so we wouldn’t hear the running round and slamming doors from above.

Room was ok, but the bedroom was comprised of two single beds put together at different heights creating an uneven crack between the two beds, which made our sleep very uncomfortable. Bath had gaps between the wall and the tub rim where silicone is missing. We were celebrating our anniversary, and despite notifying of this to the hotel, no mention not even an acknowledgment was given..at least a handwritten note would’ve been appreciated. Had parking issues as our designated parking was taken by someone else too. I didn’t complain, as these are cultural and behavioural issues that I can’t fix, and didn’t want to ruin our stay as we’re celebrating our special occasion. Looking back, this property is at a beautiful location, but let down by poor maintenance and management.
