Staff were all nice. Breakfast was decent. I was put in a room next to the restaurant and across from the reservation desk. I suspected it would be loud and asked for a change, but they said it would not be noisy. I sleep with earplugs in so the restaurant didn’t bother me in the morning, but I could hear the people out by the reservation desk until about 9 PM.

1 Cleanliness is great, although the smell of bleach is pretty strong. Also on the first floor some or all rooms have no windows. 2 Parking is limited and sometimes you have to block others in order to park when you get there a bit late at night, and then, sometimes in the morning they will call you to move your car out of the way. 3 They served you fresh cooked breakfast and staff is nice and cordial.

The hotel was absolutely delightful. The staff was amazing! Our room was spotless, and the hotel was also very clean. It's a charming place. Exellent food and drinks at the cite litlle restaurant also. I would recommend a stay there to anybody. A classy little place in an upscale neighborhood.

Staff was extremely courteous, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Location was excellent for walking around zona rosa. We didn’t like that our shower didn’t have hot water, and the area is a little noisy at night.

Staff were always courteous and helpful with information. Rooms were clean. Location is well-connected to downtown and El Boqueron with buses and Uber. The breakfast was included, and though it was served in a different hotel owned by the same owner, they dropped me in the car and back.
