My family and I stayed at this property for 6 days. It’s very affordable option. Very clean and the hotel staff are very friendly. We really recommend this hotel. They have a very nice garden with a pool. They also have a restaurant poolside. They also have a washer and dryer. Overall this place is fantastic and affordable.

All the staff was super friendly, and it was cool to swim in the pool althought its not deep. It's still a good place just to dip in the water and refresh. The food was also decent. Daniela was very nice as well as the other staff 👍

Very nice hotel, I'm very impressed for this property that can allow a group of family in a whole room, food at their beautiful restaurant was delicious and the people there very nicely and respectful ,the hotel shows cleanest everywhere, I definitely will recommend this place, and the price can fits any budget, front desk was great and easy, thanks to all that excellent workers in the hotels

Staffing was alway there to help. They are very kind .All of them:)! There was a party going on. The owner came up to my family member and told them that they have get out of the pool because they need to put on the fountain for the party which last until 1:00 am. Very noisy in able to rest on that night.

The hotel is outdated and needs fixing; but location is the best. Loved the hospitality from employees, especially the gardener who took the time to answer my questions about the amazing plants/trees the property had. Another thing I loved- quiet and peaceful property; not a trendy noisy hotel.

Clean, basic hotel

There are only a few Western chain hotels in San Salvador. They are located away from the major city attractions. Novo is on a quiet street, but just a few blocks from the main street through town. You can walk to the famous landmarks. This is a basic hotel: old furniture, no carpets, minimal amenities. But the price reflects that. It's a good value. When I'm looking for a good deal, I just care about whether the hotel is clean and safe. Novo is clean and safe. There's 24/7 front desk, plus it is on a very quiet street. Many staff speak English. Two things seem more modern: the pool and the air-conditioning. If you had to choose just two modern features, those are good choices.

Hotel review

Comfortable and located in residential area. Access to super market or grocery store is a bit of hike. Area gets dark and quiet around. The travel advisory desk does not work on weekends which is the most important days. They don't have much economical options for solo traveler if you want to join group tours. Breakfast is good if you are non vegetarian. Vegetarian/vegans will find really limited choices. Just bread, cheese and fruit and nothing more. Continental breakfast would be safer for the ones that are vegetarian. Rooms look rundown and old. Most tour company won't offer to pick you up from this hotel. If they do, you will end up paying more.
