Beautiful newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment. It is located next to the wonderful Cristina Eneas Park, one of the lungs of the city, in the Egia neighborhood, a few steps from Zurriola Beach, a five-minute walk from the center of San Sebastian and close to the Old Town. It is very well connected for car access and only 350 meters from the bus and train station of Donostia-San Sebastian.



Very bright and located on the third floor of the building, which is accessed by an elevator. The living-dining room has large windows with access to the exterior balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and brand new. It has 3 bedrooms, all of them exterior, two of them with double bed and desk, and a spacious master bedroom with a Queen-size bed. The distribution is completed by a modern and spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a second completely new toilet.
