The beautiful Villa with Pool LUNA ROSSA, with its large private outdoor pool, is located in San Teodor, just a 5-8 minute drive from several beaches. The modern sea-view villa has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs), 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate 11 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fireplace, and satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation also offers a baby crib and high chair upon request and for an additional fee. Note that the swimming pool is closed from November 1 to March 1 and also add like that it can be used outside the mentioned dates but with a fee on request.

The absolute highlight of the villa is the spacious, private outdoor area surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Here you can expect a swimming pool, a partially covered terrace and a garden. Spend relaxing hours on the sun lounger under the parasol overlooking the pool and should it get too hot, cool off in the fresh water of the pool or under the outdoor shower. Several shaded outdoor dining areas also await you, including a balcony where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals from the grill with your loved ones.

You can reach the center of San Teodoro after a 5-minute drive (2.5 km). Here you will find a wide range of shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are also numerous discos in the vicinity. The nearest supermarket is just a 4-minute drive from the villa (2 km). Only 5 minutes by car (3,2 km) away the beach of La Cinta awaits you, where you can relax on the soft white sand. Moreover, Spiaggia Cala d'Ambra beach can be reached in 8 minutes by car (3,7 km) and Spiaggia Isuledda beach in 8 minutes by car (4,9 km). To Olbia airport you need only 20 minutes by car (26,6 km).

Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are available on request and for an extra fee.

The Villa Luna Rossa has a high degree of privacy. The whole Villa is surrounded by Oleander Plants over 2.5 M high. The house has only two neighbors, one on the right and the other on the left, and the houses are far from the property and protected by tall plants.
