CASA SENIA - TRAPANI AREA
Casa Senia is a pretty white house located in the centre of San Vito Lo Capo, one of the most popular seaside resorts in north-west Sicily. San Vito Lo Capo, known for its long sandy beach and famous Couscous festival, is an ideal spot for a sunny beach holiday. The house is just a few steps from the beach (80m) and close to shops, restaurants and cafes in San Vito Lo Capo (400m).
Also within driving distance are the towns and attractions of north-west Sicily such as the Zingaro reserve, Scopello, Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadi Islands and the temple of Segesta.
This 90 square meter house develops over 2 levels.
The ground floor is composed of an open plan living area with comfortable sofa seating, dining table and chairs and a well-equipped kitchen. Off the living area, there is a bathroom (with shower).
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms (with double beds) and a twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a bathroom (with shower).
Outside, there is a covered area with seating that opens up onto a garden with a private terrace where you will find table and chairs and a barbecue for ‘Al fresco’ dining.
