On the hillside to the west of Sanremo, this apartment enjoys stunning sea views and makes a great base for a holiday on the Riviera dei Fiori. In a modern residence, with a shared pool, the apartment, which sleeps 4, is ideal for friends or family.

This second-floor apartment (with lift) offers and open-plan living area, furnished with a contemporary L-shaped sofa and a dining table. Large windows give a panoramic view of the sea. The kitchen is off the dining area and well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Guests can enjoy meals al fresco on the private, shaded terrace which is off the bedroom.

The residence has a shared pool, which is equipped with sun loungers where guests can relax after a refreshing dip.

Location
The apartment is in a quiet area western Sanremo, a 6-minute drive from Boca Beach and just a 15-minute drive from the picturesque old town – La Pigna, with its charming cobbled streets and excellent family-run restaurants. The old town’s covered market is a must (every day except Sunday). Here you can buy the best local olive oil, cheeses, wines, vegetables and fruit. For other necessities there are plenty of supermarkets and other amenities close by.

Sanremo is known for the annual Sanremo Music Festival which is held in late February or early March. There is also the Sanremo Car Rally, the Rallye Sanremo, which takes place in October. Thanks to its mild climate, Sanremo is a relaxing holiday destination all year round.

For something more active, the Ponente Ligure cycle path runs for 24km along the coast and makes a great day out for families. It can be covered by bike, rollerskates, scooter or even skateboards and has many cafés and restaurants for breaks.

The closest airport is at Nice (France) which is a 1 hour drive. Genoa Airport is 2 hours and 15 minutes from the apartment.
