While the shower, bed, and a few healthy breakfast options were good, the negatives were significant. One night, we endured over 1.5 hours of violent screaming between guests in the middle of the night. It was loud, aggressive, and sounded dangerous. We called reception twice, but nothing was done — raising serious concerns about how the hotel handles guest safety. Several amenities came with unexpected charges that were not disclosed at booking: rooftop access only after 6:30 PM, beach use €50/day, and spa & pool access €35/day per person. These hidden fees left a poor impression. Service was further impacted by a language barrier — many staff members did not speak proper English, making it difficult to communicate needs, clarify information, or resolve issues efficiently. It might look nicely designed, but overall, the stay felt far from a five-star hotel experience.
