New, furnished, very bright studio apartment, with terrace and side sea view, in a nice condominium very close to the beaches. Ideal for 2 adults (+ 1 minor) as a base for a few days of hiking and swimming from sunrise to sunset and suggestive dinners from the restaurants on the beach, or for business trips.
Perfect for not using the machine. The beaches, which are overlooked by kiosks and restaurants, can be quickly reached through a stairway walkway near the entrance to the condominium; the shops in Arma and in the center of Sanremo, walking on the cycle / pedestrian path away from traffic (THE MALL, the new luxury OUTLET is 10 ').
At the entrance of the accommodation, a large wardrobe; the short corridor leads to the bathroom with shower and washing machine, and to the day / night area with two sofa beds, equipped kitchen and TV. Air conditioning with split unit in the living room; independent heating in the living room (radiator) and in the bathroom (heated towel rail). The large sliding glass door leads to the terrace.
A security deposit is required which will be fully refunded in the absence of damage at check-out and compliance with the property rules.
From Saturday 7 September 2019 the check-in and check-out times will be as follows:
Saturday: check-out by 10am; check-in from 15 to 17
Sunday: check-out by 10am; check-in from 9 to 11
