Villa Matarel is located in San José, 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta, will offer you all the peace and comfort you need for a successful holiday.
The villa is in a very quiet place, surrounded by nature, pine forests and almond groves.

It consists of 6 rooms; two at the ground level, one at the 1st floor and three annexes with independent entrance, by the terrace

The first room at the ground level has 2 single beds 90 cm. bathroom outside the room, shared, with shower.

The second one has 1 single bed, bathroom outside the room, shared, with shower.

At the first floor there is the room with a double bed 180 cm. ensuite bathroom, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also dressing room, private terrace.

The annexed rooms are three; two are equal with 2 single beds, ensuite, bathroom with shower and the third has 1 double bed 180 cm, ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom includes also private terrace.

At the ground floor you can enjoy the large living room with satellite TV, corner with fireplace, and large table for 12 people and a very bright, well equipped kitchen.

The beautiful swimming pool will make you spend hours of pure relaxation.

Rental Rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day Saturday.
Security deposit: 2.000,00 €, it must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Check-in: 16:00 h - Check out: 10:00 h
Children welcome
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid-season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval.
No safety fence around the pool
Pool has no swimming guard
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
