Luxury villa, located southeast of the island of Mallorca (Porto Cristo), in a quiet, leafy, a few kilometers of wonderful beaches, shops and golf S'Era Pula. The house is on two floors and can accommodate 8 people.
On the ground floor there: the hall, the kitchen, which is fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave ...), a bathroom (with toilet and shower), laundry, home to the washing machine , iron ..., a living room with TV, satellite, dvd, books, sofas, fireplace ..., a room with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00, is a suite dressing room and bathroom (with toilet, tub, shower. ..)
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, two with bathroom in suite, two of them are equipped with two single beds (90 cm wide each), ie in total there are 4 beds of 90 cm over 2 bedrooms, and the other bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 cm, a bathroom (with bath, video, toilet ...) and a terrace.
All rooms are exterior,outside there is also a lovely barbecue, a cozy covered terrace (with sofas, dining table ...The house has free WIFI for guests, central heating (10h/dia) the winter months and conditional air 10 hours day in the summer months.


How to go from the airport to the Villa.: Airport to house 58 Km approx. (1 hour).

1 - We left the airport and we go headed towards Santanyi (Ma-19). 1 KM.
2 - Once you are on that highway, take the exit number 10 towards Manacor (Ma-19a). 1.9 km
3 - At the roundabout take the third exit onto the Ma-19a in the direction S'Aranjassa / Manacor.
4 - At the roundabout take the third exit Siquia/Ma-5030 Road.
5 - Go through a roundabout and follow direction Ma-5030.
6 - At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Ma-15 highway towards Algaida / Manacor. Pass 4 roundabouts (36.9 km.)
7 - At the roundabout take the third exit onto Ma-15. Go through 3 roundabouts follow direction Sant Llorenç. 10.5 km.
8 - At the roundabout take the first exit onto MA-4022. (Son Carrió)
9 - Turn right onto MA-4021. 1.5 km (Manacor, and go 1.6 km)
10 - Follow the same road until you get to mile 7.7.
11 - Turn the first road (dirt road) on the right. (there are 2 mirrors, one on each side of the road)
12 - Continue on the road to get 200m

Fantastic

Dear Maria Antonia and family, Thank you for the wonderful time we had in your finca. We enjoyed it very much. The house: everything was available (towels, bed sheets, pool towels, air fans, hair dryer, big fridge, freezer, music in every room), it was clean, nicely furnished, cozy, great covered terrace with lounge set, the outdoor dining chairs need however replacement and should have 8 chairs. And the pots and pans in the kitchen weren't in great condition but did their job. Our two oldest sons stayed in the bedroom downstairs and felt like kings! A four poster bed, the lamp projected a green house on the wall, dressing, bathroom with jaccuzzi (which was unfortunately broken) and music in the bathroom. They sat in the big bath tub with champagne glasses filled with apple juice! Great outdoor bbq facility. In the garage there is a pingpong table great for the kids, we held a few table tennis competitions. The pool was very nice and clean and closely situated to the terrace so that you can keep an eye on the kids from the terrace. The pool has roman steps and the first part of the pool is 80cm so our 3 year old could easily stand there, gradually the pool gets deeper to about 1.80m deep. Over the pool there is a roman bridge built, quite a masterpiece how it is built. Very comfortable sun beds at the pool with umbrellas and small tables for drinks. Very nice garden with beautiful flowers (bougainville, oleanders), plants and olive trees. Pool, terrace and garden lights in the evening. The house is rurally situated, no neighbours (except for sheep with clinging bells and roosters) and some 7 km from the sea. We liked the quiet location. You can reach the house via a dirt road, it is recommended to use GPS coordinates to find the house. The only thing we missed at the house was air-conditioning. There were no mosquitos or flies, just some ants. Nice places to visit: Porto Petro, Cala Figuera, Es Trenc, Coves de Drach in Porto Christo, boat rental in Portocolom. Nearest big supermarkets in Cala Millor (Mercadona and Lidl next to each other). Bakery in Son Carrio, very nice bread. Thank you for the nice bottle of red wine at our arrival! I would definitely recommend to stay at this house if you do not mind the quiet and rural location. Best regards. Family Valkenburg from Holland

The perfect vacation!

Can Ravell is a wonderful place! Clean and nice, with everything you need to have a perfect holiday. A great indoor kitchen as well as an outdoor barbeque area. Nice pool area with very comfortable sun beds, and a lovely porch in the shadow. We had a great time, and we will sure be back! Situated in the countryside, with the goats and the cock as the nearest neighbor. It´s so relaxing! In the small village Son Carrio you can eat the best Paella ever, at the small bar between the church and the bingo place. We strongly recommend this place for a quite and relaxing vacation! 15 minutes to Pula golf club and 25 min to Canyamel golf club. 3 minutes to Son Penya petit hotel, were you can eat first class food with a stunning view!
