Great stay

Lovely place to relax. Relaxing surroundings. Good facilities. We rented a car so saw lots of the island but always felt warm coming home.

Villa trĂšs bien placĂ©e, dans Punta Prima, Ă  2 minutes de la plage et des commerces.ArrivĂ©e trĂšs facile grĂące aux indications.La villa mĂ©riterait un rafraichissement complet.Elle est pratique mais il manque des choses, notamment dans la cuisine (fourchettes en plus grand nombre, une cafetiĂšre plus grande). Heureusement nous n Ă©tions que 3 car sinon cela aurait Ă©tĂ© compliquĂ©...Il n'y avait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e que des filtres Ă  cafĂ© et une bouteille d eau. Pas d autres Ă©lĂ©ments de base type huile,vinaigre, sel, poivre souvent prĂ©sents dans les locations. PrĂ©voyez de les acheter ou les amener.Les chambres sont correctes, la literie confortable. Il manque un peu de prises Ă©lectriques ou triple prise dans les chambres et la cuisine.TrĂšs grands placards trĂšs pratiques dans les chambres et le couloir.Belle piscine agrĂ©able mĂȘme si le vent y amĂšne beaucoup d Ă©pines de pins.Les transats mĂ©riteraient d ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s et la douche extĂ©rieure rĂ©novĂ©e (des morceaux de carrelage sont enlevĂ©s).La terrasse est grande mais elle donne sur la rue. La table Ă  manger sur la terrasse mĂ©riterait d ĂȘtre changĂ©e (elle n est plus plane).La maison Ă©tait propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et un mĂ©nage a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©alisĂ© en milieu de sĂ©jour.En rĂ©sumĂ©, une maison trĂšs bien placĂ©e mais qui mĂ©riterait une petite rĂ©novation.

Maison agréable à vivre

Maison trÚs agréable pour la famille, grand espace dans le salon, bien équipée, salle de bains modernes, belle terrasse, à 50 m de la plage en plus. Tout est à cÎté : restaurants, petit supermarché. La piscine est de bonne taille. Seul petit bémol : le vis à vis quand on est dans la piscine, qui se voit de la rue et par les voisins quand ils sont dans le jardin ou leur piscine. Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse, nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps!

Maison trÚs bien située prÚs de la mer.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans une maison fonctionnelle Ă  100m de la plage . Calme mĂ©nage intĂ©rieur impeccable et rĂ©gulier tout comme l’entretien de la piscine. Beaucoup de placards dans toutes les piĂšces donc trĂšs pratique . Une remarque ceux de la cuisine pourraient contenir un peu plus d’ustensiles: spatules pour les poĂȘles, essoreuse Ă  salade, quelques petits plats et petits saladiers en plus. Nous avons achetĂ© des plateaux pratiques pour les repas sur les terrasses. Rien de bien honereux et cela rendrait cette maison parfaite. Toutefois trĂšs satisfaits de cette location. A conseiller!

Une maison vide... dommage !

L'emplacement de cette maison est idéal et sa propreté presque parfaite (une odeur de renfermé dans les placards), en revanche, une absence totale de vaisselle est à noter : pas de plats de service, aucun petit électroménager, pas de bols ou de ramequins, un seul saladier... Dans une maison pour 6 convives, c'est vraiment léger. Surtout compte tenu du prix de la location. Par ailleurs, les placards de la cuisine étaient totalement vides à notre arrivée : c'est toujours mieux quand quelques produits de base sont déjà là. Mais la maison se situe dans un petit village sur une trÚs belle plage : emplacement idéal.
