The hotel is situated in St. Agnello away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sorrento; a 25-min walk away. That's convenient since you're away from the touristy area but still close enough. The breakfast is convenient but not very varied (got the same basic continental fare every morning). The outdoor breakfast area is very nice. Marco and his staff are friendly and helpful. There are restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Our favorite was a family-owned place called Da Peppino where the food was authentic and well-priced. The beach (La Marinella) is less than a 10-minute walk. Once you get close, the beach access is quaint through tunnels that lead from street-level to the beach down below. Best to pay the $7 Euro pp entrance fee and a few Euros for a lounge chair and umbrella. The beach (as is the case with all Amalfi coast beaches) is dark grey lava sand and not very crowded. There's a spot where you can get into deeper water where my kids loved seeing loads of fish and undersea growth. Overall, I would recommend the place for a family stay.

A friendly welcome from Marco and his team. Our room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice each morning. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, and only a five minute walk to the nearest railway station for access to Sorrento or Pompeii.

This is a delightful place to stay situated in one of the picturesque small streets of SaintAgnelo and surrounded by lemon and orange trees . We spent four days in the area and specifically chose this hotel based on other reviews, and it lived up to every aspect of those reviews. Marco and his staff provide exceptional hospitality and service. The breakfasts are very convenient and better than any you could get at a local cafe. Marco himself will make the best cappuccino you will have in the entire region. The room was clean and comfortable with great AC to sleep well. The town of SantAgnella has many different places to eat and access to the sea if you want swim in the Mediterranean. It is only a very pleasant 25 minute walk to Sorrento. We would recommend this gem to anyone traveling to the area. The train stop is only a few minutes away to easily access either Sorrento, Pompeii, or Naples. Fantastic place.
